Composition:
(1) Raw material decoiler: to feed steel sheets to production line.
(2) Steel sheet shearing and welding machine: to connect the tail of working side and head of next coil.
(3) Material accumulator: to store materials inside the cage and then feed to forming machine without stopping production.
(4) Forming and sizing machine: to roll form steel strip to become pipes, including forming, welding, sizing, straightening parts.
(5) Pipe cutting saw: to cut off the pipes into required length.
(6) Pipe unloading talbe: to receieve the pipes cut off by cutting saw, and then workers do the package.
(7) High frequency solid state welder and related appliances: to weld steel sheet edges to become pipes.

(3) Forming and sizing machine:
1) Forming part: Feeding, leveling, feeding, 7 stands for horizontal rollers, 7 stands for vertical rollers.
2) Welding part: Fin pass /welding seam direction guiding, extrusion stands, burr removing, water cooling.
3) Sizing part: 6 stands for vertical rollers, 6 stands for horizontal rollers, running speed measuring, straightening/ turkey head.
4）Transmission: 13 gear boxes with one 160KW DC motor.
5) Diameter of horizontal shaft is 60mm, diameter of vertical shaft is 40mm.
(4) Cutting saw: driving motor 15KW AC, cutting motor 15KW AC, with control table.
(5) Pipe run out platform: straight roller, punching unloading, length 9m.
(6) Rollers /Roll toolings: material Cr12 or Cr12MoV with heat treatment.
(7) HF Welder: power 200KW, with inverter cabinet, speed control cabinet, rectifier cabinet, control table and water cooling tower.
